You’ll work directly with founders Charley Cash and Errol Chin, who have built and scaled multiple high-ticket businesses into multi-million-dollar companies.

This isn’t a company where you’re hired and forgotten.

Monday through Friday, you’ll have direct access to both founders inside our private Slack workspace for coaching, feedback, AI training, objection handling, and support.

You’ll always know exactly what to do next.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an AI-Assisted DM Appointment Setter, your responsibilities include:

• Managing conversations started by our AI outreach system.
• Responding quickly when prospects are ready for human interaction.
• Building rapport through direct messages.
• Answering prospect questions.
• Qualifying businesses using our proven framework.
• Booking qualified appointments onto one of our Sales Closers’ calendars.
• Updating GoHighLevel CRM.
• Participating in daily Slack communication and coaching.

This role combines the speed of AI with the relationship-building skills only a human can provide.

Social Media Requirements

Because our AI works through your professional social media accounts, you’ll need to allow us to connect our approved AI outbound system to your accounts.

This includes:

Don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the setup process.

We’ll also help you professionally optimize each profile to maximize connection acceptance rates, conversations, and booked appointments.

We’ll assist you with:

• Professional positioning
• Messaging optimization

If you’re uncomfortable allowing our approved AI system to operate through your professional social media accounts, this won’t be the right role for you.

COMPENSATION

You’ll earn 5% commission on every client that signs with the Company after being booked through your assigned AI outreach system.

Performance Partner Package

Client Investment:

$9,998/one-time set up fee + 3 months at $9,998

You still receive full commission credit.

Career Growth

Top-performing DM Appointment Setters who consistently demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and sales ability may be promoted to a Remote Sales Closer position after approximately 90 days.

If and when you become one of our Sales Closers, you’ll conduct Zoom presentations, close deals yourself, and become eligible for our Sales Closer compensation plan with even greater earning potential.
