We’re looking for a Business Development Representative/Remote Sales Closer who can find decision-makers (Lead gen tools provided by us so you’ll have plenty of qualified leads every day), break down doors, and set up free AI voice demos with prospects that showcase the transformative power of our AI technology. (These instant AI voice demos sell themselves once they hear them live in person on a demo call that only takes a few seconds to set up)

What You’ll Do:

• Hunt Decision-Makers: Identify and target key decision-makers in the home services industry, starting with HVAC, plumbing, roofing contractors, and landscape design companies, but we have almost 100 different niches in the home service industry you can sell this AI voice technology to every day.
• Set Up Demos: Book high-quality demos with business owners and decision-makers to showcase the value of our AI voice agents.
• Crush It in Slack: Communicate daily in our company Slack channel, sharing wins, challenges, and strategies with the team.
• Leverage AI Specialists: Work closely with our AI Specialist team leader to craft tailored pitches and overcome objections.
• Be A Resourceful Savage: Use every tool, platform, and strategy at your disposal to find leads, build relationships, and close deals.
• Hit Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly demo and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Hunter’s Mentality: You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for leads to come to you—you go out and get them (We show you exactly how to do this with AI tools).
• Relentless Work Ethic: You’re willing to do whatever it takes to win, whether that’s cold calling, emailing, or sliding into DMs.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: You can articulate the value of our AI voice agents in a way that resonates with business owners.
• Resilience: You don’t take “no” personally. You see every objection as an opportunity to educate and close.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, email automation, and other sales tech stacks.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the home services industry is a huge plus, but not required.

What You’ll Get:

• Uncapped Earnings: Earn 15% commission on every deal you book and close yourself. When you close more than 10 deals per month, you will earn a very generous 20% per closed client for that month. What It Takes to Win:

• Daily Activity: 100+ cold calls per day, 30 cold emails, and 30+ LinkedIn voice notes per day.
• Weekly Metrics: 5-10 qualified demos booked per week.
• Monthly Goals:
  • First 30 Days: 10 demos booked.
  • After 30 Days: 20+ demos booked and $50k-$100k in gross revenue
• Relentless Hustle: You’re always looking for new ways to find leads and close deals. If you put in the work, you will earn at least $10k-$20k+ per month guaranteed.

Onboarding & Support:

• Onboarding: A 3-5 day onboarding process via live Zoom calls and training videos(recorded for future reference).
• Ongoing Training: Continuous sales support and training from the AI Specialist team leader.
• Proven Systems: You’ll be targeting plumbing, HVAC, and roofing contractors to start, with plans to expand into other home service industries as we expand our offer.
